Cancellation policy

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis when they are temporarily out of stock or awaiting arrival.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not currently available for immediate dispatch and that estimated availability dates are subject to change.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at hello@vinamboutique.com.

After this period, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once an item has been ordered from our supplier, entered production, or been dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund.
