Refund & Return Policy

At Vinam Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the delicate nature of formal wear, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from damage or alterations. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
